Every summer between June and mid September, whale sharks migrate to Isla Contoy in the north of the Yucatan Peninsula to feed on the plankton. We offer whale shark swimming and snorkeling tours in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, Tulum, Riviera Maya, and Holbox Island! Whale sharks are found off the coast of Cancun, Mexico during part of the year (early June to mid-sept) and are also found in the open water.

Ideal choice for families or group of friends. Hop off the boat, snorkel along with the guide for 2 mins or so, then get back on the boat, and the guide takes the next customer. I would come back again through Eco Tours without a doubt.
